Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel where the exceptional staff really made my experience memorable. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were a huge plus, and the breakfast spread was delightful. However, the hotel does show its age in some areas. Nonetheless, the excellent service and great dining options more than made up for it.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel during my business meeting. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were always helpful. However, the hotel is quite far from the city center, which made transportation a bit of a hassle. The breakfast was decent, but could use more variety. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're not looking to be in the heart of the city.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, with great service from the friendly staff and spacious, comfortable rooms. The location was also really convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did find that the dining options could have been a bit more varied. Overall, it was a great stay, and I appreciated the attention to personal service.
My stay at Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace was quite enjoyable, with comfortable rooms and a very attentive staff. While the breakfast fell short of expectations for a five-star hotel, the concierge services were outstanding. The ambiance in some areas could be warmer and more inviting, especially in the lobby. Overall, it's a place I would recommend, but there are areas that need improvement to maximize the experience.
My recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the service from certain staff impressed me, particularly at checkout, there were some cleanliness issues in the room which detracted from the overall experience. The ambiance was nice, but the inconsistency in service left me wanting more. I'd consider returning, especially with the great efforts made by some staff members.
